In consequence, the Company values above all else your privacy and will take the steps necessary to protect your personal information.
This “Privacy Policy” (or simply the “Policy”) explain in detail how the Company protects the personal data and information you submit into the Site or any of its Services, as well as the rights you have regarding your personal data:
Data We Collect From You
- The Company collects data that identify you as the “Client” from the time you sign up into our Site. This includes, but is not limited to, username, password, email, and address.
- The Company also collects data from our Clients when they:
- Create profiles or pages: profile name/alias, contact number, professional data, and demographic personal data. This also includes any other data shared through social media or community forums using the Site or any of its Services.
- Share their interests and inferences: language you use, personal interests, and area where you reside.
- Use any of our services: the Company keeps record on all support you request when using any of its Services. This includes, but is not limited to, third party content you interact with using the Site or any of its Services.

- The Company reserves the right to cancel any account that violates any section of this Policy and/or the Company’s T&C’s.
How We Process the Data
- In order to provide the best experience to all our Clients, the Company processes all personal data with due diligence, and will be used or shared only for legal purposes, or to exercise any legal rights.
- All data collected from you by the Company when you use the Site or its Services will be used and retained for the following reasons and interests:
- Personal data: required as per the law, and you agree to share such data (including, but not limited to, your name, address, phone number, email address, username, password, and profiles and photos shared on social media) the time you sign up into the Site and accept its Terms & Conditions (“T&C’s”).

- Demographic and location information: professional data that includes without limitation, education, job title, the organization you work with, your IP address, and language you speak. The main purpose of this is marketing.
- Record of products used and purchased: this includes, but is not limited to, all special promotions offered to you by the Company as a special campaign.
- Cookies: data related to your interests based on your browsing history, only with consent and as explained in the “Cookies” section of this Privacy Policy.
- The Company will not collect any type of information from you based on your ethnicity, political opinions, religious beliefs, physical or mental health condition, sexuality or any related topic, or any other topic not covered in the “Cookies” section of this Privacy Policy.
- Clients may decide to voluntarily share such data with the Company. In those cases, the data will only be used for marketing purposes and only with the Client’s consent, with the exception of compliance with the law or preventing criminal activity.

- The Company will collect, with your consent, data any time you use the Site or any of its Services to identify you as the same user whenever you visit the Site on any other occasion (“Cookies”).
- Cookies, as data altogether, cover without limitation, the following fields:
- Data necessary to continually move from page to page while using the Site or its Services.
- Functional data that is collected in order to improve the Site, its Services, and how both works.
- Analytic data to understand which sections, pages, or Services of the Site are mostly used by the Clients.
- Advertising data whenever you click a third party advertisement shown on the Site.
- When the Client uses the Site for the first time, a pop-up screen will appear asking for consent to allow the collection of Cookies. This only includes Cookies that are non-essential for the Site’s functionality, as well as its Services’.
- The Company can change how Cookies are managed. It is solely the Client’s responsibility to know the latest updates on the Company’s Privacy Policy. The Company, however, will send an email to their Clients to notify them of such changes.
Information Shared With Third Parties
- First Page SEO and all of its affiliates will work together to protect your personal data when using any of the Site’s Services. This means that such data may be shared with third parties in order to improve, assist, and/or develop some or all of the Services offered by the Site
- The Company will share information about their Clients with:
- A third party provider required to provide the Services accordingly and does not infringe any or all of the Company T&C’s;
- Merchants and partners that decide to participate in contests, offers, or similar organized by the Company, or where the Company is participating; and/or
- Legal authorities, in compliance with the law or this Company’s T&C’s.
- Personal data collected from the Clients by the Company will not, and never will be sold to third parties, as explained and established by the European Union (“EU”) General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
- The Company will only share your personal data with third parties that follow the same or better security standards as the ones used by First Page SEO.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
- In order to ensure your personal data, First Page SEO uses the highest grade security standards to prevent leaks and information filtration from the Site.
- Physical and electronic measures will be taken in order to protect such data from unauthorized third parties. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Firewalls, updated antivirus, other and protection tools on all our devices.
- Regular maintenance on all our devices, made by authorized third parties.

If a security breach occurs within any of the Company’s Services or websites, you will be notified so you can take additional steps to protect your personal data.
- You may receive such notification of security breach via email address or phone number. Based on your location, you may also receive a written notification.
Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
- As a Client of the Company, you can have absolute and full access to all personal information submitted by you on the Site.
- You have the right to:

- access a copy of all personal information we have collected from you;
- modify any incorrect, inadequate, or outdated personal data submitted into our Site;
- object to the processing or use of some personal data, as long as it does not infringe this Policy and the Company’s T&C’s;

- withdraw consent on any or all of the steps needed to process your data (where applicable); and
- make a complaint about how the company collects and/or uses your data.
- You must, in order to gain access to these rights, identify yourself as a Client of the Company, or have an authorization to be the representative of a Client of the Company.
- In regard to your preferences about data collection, you can:
- Update any information submitted by you and stored by the Company;
- cancel any subscriptions offered by the Company or any of its affiliates; and
- reject location based services, including but not limited to, ads related to your local area.
- You can contact our customer support in order to change any of such preferences.
Changes and Modification of This Policy
- First Page SEO may change any information in this Privacy Policy at any time. You will be informed via email when we make any changes to this Policy.
- It is your sole responsibility to stay informed, understand, and accept any of such changes. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Policy changes.
